Christmas Greetings from ERNI

 

As we are approaching the end of 2022, we wanted to take the opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! 

 

We would like to share with you that, this year alone, we have seen an increase of 75% in new signatories!! The movement continues to grow and connect more like-minded allies, with now more than 1000 signatories on the register. The declaration has been translated into German and Spanish, with a French translation to follow. If we have any other linguists out there who would like to help with additional translations, please get in touch at ernimovement@gmail.com. 

 

As you may have noticed, we have also updated our website. If you would like to share your story as a service user, family member or as a professional who has struggled to work within mental health services, please send these to us at ernimovement@gmail.com. We can’t promise to include them all on the website but it would be great to hear the reasons as to why you signed the declaration. 

 

We also have a new section on our website for endorsements. If you are an ERNI signatory, we would like to invite you to send us a sentence/short paragraph as to why you signed the declaration. Again, we can’t promise to include them all on the website but it would be wonderful to connect and to hear the reasons behind why you signed the declaration. 

 

Finally we would like to inform you that we have a new and interesting project that we would like to share with you in the new year!
